Charge Led by Former Stars of the Las Vegas Raiders begins with Derek Carr, the ex-Raiders quarterback who now revitalizes the New Orleans Saints. Carr spent 2014–2022 with the Raiders (including their 2020 Las Vegas move), becoming their all-time leader in passing yards (35,222) and touchdowns (217). In 2023, he’s led the Saints to a 9-6 record, mentoring young receivers like Chris Olave and staying calm under pressure—skills honed in Las Vegas. Another key figure is Khalil Mack, the All-Pro defensive end who played 2014–2017 for the Raiders. Now with the Chargers, he’s a top pass rusher (95 career sacks) and mentors young players—including current Raiders star Maxx Crosby. “Khalil teaches me pass-rushing tricks and the Raiders’ relentless mindset,” Crosby says. “He’s a legend who helps me grow.” For the Las Vegas Raiders, Mack’s mentorship strengthens their defense and highlights their ability to develop elite talent.

Finally, Charge Led by Former Stars of the Las Vegas Raiders wraps up with Jason Witten, the ex-Raiders tight end (2020) who now coaches at Liberty University.
